Héloïse holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology from EPFL. She brings experience in metabolomics and microbiome research from her time at Nestlé Research. Combining this expertise with a strong foundation in analytical chemistry, she now supports the production and characterization of novel bacterial candidates for the development of multi-strain bacterial consortia.
